Marvin ought to be represented as Alan Rickman, not Warwick Davis.

I should have hoped to see Tyr Anasazi from Andromeda. Awesome character.

What of David Bowman or Frank Poole?

Oops never mind, just seen Bowman.

Rickman's got that cool voice, Tony. He ranks 46th on AFI 2003 list of heroes and villains.

Sadly no mention for Dr Frank Poole from the iconic A Space Odyssey 2001. Cool choice Warren, didn't Gary Lockwood also play Gary Mitchel in Star Trek TOS!

Two glaring omissions:

Sgt. Todd 3465 (Kurt Russell) Soldier

Reece (Michael Bienh) Terminator

I've got T'Pol as #1 - because she can think, fight, be fallible, and from the beginning holds her own and then some with a shipful of humans, a food-stealin Denobulan, and the Captain's beagle. She's got a sense of adventure, a sense of humor, a temper, and a thing for a certain engineer's shoulders (it's not logical to apply decon gel five times to the same area!). I know she won't admit to any of these things, and I'm OK with that, too.

#2 is Trip Tucker, for being brave and/or foolish enough to love her and do something about it; for being able to get along with just about anybody, for being the ship's resident MacGyver, entertainment coordinator, idealist, photographer, and clown all in one cutely dimpled package with really nice arms...

#3 is Spock - for all the reasons that make him Spock, and the only man I'd ever consider leaving my wholly human husband for.
