STAR TREK JAYLAH - YOU HELP ME, I HELP YOU

Star Trek Beyond's Jaylah (Sofia Boutella) is sitting pretty in the captain's chair. I've added Spock, Kirk and Dr McCoy's  thoughts on alien life form stand operating procedures - for some fun. Transwarp theories and equations aside our Enterprise pals do seem a wee bit mesmerized in this photoshop. Perhaps Jaylahs ample warp nacelles need adjustment, lol

The guy here in RED, Scotty sets the ball rolling with "AWW shes a beauty!" So without further a do "Two to beam over, Scotty!" the word is now given by Captain James T Kirk commander of the USS Enterprise NCC1701.

QUESTIONS:

Who stands the best chance of speaking to Jaylah first?
Which one of the Enterprise crew said : "I only use it for medicinal purposes!"

STAR TREK BEYOND POSTERS

I KNOW WHY YOUR ALL HERE - JAYLAH

JAYLAH IS THE CAPTAIN NOW

I AM NOT OUR FATHER 2009

KIRK, JAYLAH AND CHEKOV  2016

Its Star Treks 50th Anniversary so you'll be sure to have something to enjoy with STAR TREK BEYOND. You might say this is Chekov's last stand in this adventurous new Star Trek movie. The action sequences are thrilling and the visual effects are stunning.

So go see Beyond you'll be delighted that you did. Its got a cold hearted villain Krall who chews up the landscape and interesting to see new Spock trying to understand his own death in the movie- in loving memory of  Leonard Nimoy and for Anton.

STAR TREK BEYOND - SHIELDS UP

Its been a busy week for Sci-Fi with Star Trek Beyond showing in London last week and Sydney too. I'm not counting my tribbles yet before they become fully gorged but STB is 90% on Rotten Tomatoes and 71% on Metacritic so far.

So now Star Trek Beyond is set for US release on the 22nd of July 2016 and is opening up in theaters worldwide and beyond. We've been waiting for 3 sensational years to see a new STAR TREK movie since STID. How long is that? Approx 1095 days. I hope you're all set for a trektastic time!

The question in my mind is: why did Captain Kirk wreck the bl**dy ship again? Is it really the Captain's fault the Enterprise got ravaged by alien "Swarms" with their leader  "Krall at the heart of the matter? Word has it Idris Elba's character means business because he wants the "ITEM", badly.

Scotty, Jaylah and Kirk

Ahhha! I hear you ask. What is the item? SPOILER ALERT: So now the five year mission for the USS Enterprise NCC 1701 is finally justified when the crew discover this ancient "death machine" in the furthest reaches of unexplored space. But do they know what it is? It seems time is running out for our Gallant Crew and worse still for the Federation itself. Unity and Peace in the Galaxy may very well depend upon our friends very survival.

Three years into the Enterprise's five-year deep-space mission our mysterious Swarm ringleader Krall (Idris Elba) sees an opportunity. He has to get the ancient "death machine" of ultimate power, an artifact which Kirk's crew are custodians. I know what your thinking - its looking hopeless because the Enterprise crew are stranded on an alien planet!!! Hey. At least Scotty teams up with feisty Jaylah (Sofia Boutella), a potential love interest if only he'd stop calling her lassie.

The good news is Paramounts 3D and; 2D Star Trek threequel is directed by (Fast and Furious) Justin Lin (produced by J.J. Abrams) How many of our movie predictions will come true? 40 stunt people is a good indication of where Star Trek Beyond is headed with special effects and alien relationships evolving with this interstellar space adventure. Curiously Star Trek Into Darkness had 90 reinforcements.

Why is Uhura screaming with the grey alien looking on?

IMAGE OWNER/CREATOR: PARAMOUNT PICTURES AND OR CBS STUDIOS

MattTwentySix had this to say: It's a little Insurrection-ish once they're planet- side. There's another major twist with the villain (though I enjoyed it). But it gets the characters really right. It basically has a fantastic first act, an okay second act, and a fun ending that both serves as an ending to this cast and a jump-start to further adventures with them.

What do you think? Have you got your "Starfleet" T-shirt all nice and pressed for the movie? XD, Go on do tell us if you have!

Star Trek Beyond - The Show Must Go On

Star Trek Beyonds latest addition for the thirteenth is finally shaping up with the master of disguise - J.J.Abrams producing and Justin Lin directing. So now heres trailer 3.

Its five year mission has according to Simon Pegg "a lot more to the film". The shields have weakened and with this final third trailer, I think Anton Yelchin would have wanted the show to go on.

We have his characters he played for fans to enjoy off the big screen. They're large as life so go see them. Rememory, We Don't Belong Here, Porto and Star Trek Beyond are due out later in the year.

THE BRAND NEW BRIDGE OF THE USS ENTERISE NCC1701 WITH LESS FLARE LIGHTS.

Chekov, Captain Kirk and Sulu. -  Star Trek 2009

Heres Anton Yelchin featured
in a Star Trek Beyond character poster as Chekov with the rest of
the crew (below) fighting off the Swarm ships in their unique Starfleet colors. Finally after a long five month delay we get to see them. Thank you Paramount Pictures.

HERES A CLOSE UP OF JAYLAH LOOKING MIGHTY BODACIOUS WITH A SAMURAI  SWORD SLUNG ON HER BACK

Giacchino’s latest musical score and Pop star Rihanna's “Sledgehammer,” will also be a part of Star Trek Beyond

You might well ask who were Star Trek's aliens? Heres two standing beside Star Trek Beyond director, Justin Lin who also directed in Community and the Fast and Furious 6. Panny Pudi and Kim Kold before and after.

KIRK AND KRALL HAVE A DISAGREEMENT

IDRIS ELBA AS THE VILLAIN KRALL.

CHEKOV, KIRK AND SULU.

The rest of Star Trek's aliens include Idris Elba (Krall), Sofia Boutella (Jaylah), Zachary Quinto (Spock), Fiona Vroom (Green Girl) and Deep Roy we know as Scottys sidekick - Keenser. The crew of the USS Enterprise Ncc1701 is commanded by Captain James T. Kirk (Chris Pine) with Zoe Saldana (Uhua), Karl Urban (bones), Simon Pegg (Scotty) John Cho (Sulu) and Anton Yelchin as Chekov. You'll be able to catch them in action on July 22th when the captain breaks the Enterprise again. It seems like a fitting end for the great ship - considering.

Live Long and be Prosper.

Star Trek Beyond's Trailer

SPOCK'S SHOULDER PATCH READS USS FRANKLIN

Star Trek Beyond's - trailer 1 is here, finally. Its showtime with the new USS Enterprise NCC 1701 crew tearing up some alien world and btw, they've gone and wrecked the bl**dy ship again!!! Earlier in the year we speculated the skunk lady (Sofia Boutella) would be contending with Star Trek's fearsome villains, WELL, we were right!

Here's Star Trek's killer gazelle fighting a Jem Hadar type alien in Star Trek Beyond. Doesn't she look great?

"This is where the frontier pushes back." Heres Idris Elba's character "Kraal" speaking from the chaos.  The dude actually looks like Satan.. (I reckon the reason Worf was so popular is because he looked real, fans liked the moving face and identified with the Klingon.) Kraal is a different alien altogether so you'll have to decide.

IDRIS ELBA IS THE VILLAINOUS KRAAL

So now we've no ship, no crew and a bewildered Captain Kirk pondering his faith having stuffed up command for a 3rd movie in a row.

Seriously, does new age Kirk know what hes doing? LOL I sure hope Kirk doesn't turn out like Captain Nesmith in Galaxy Quest. Remember him? Hilarious - which likely points at where Star Trek Beyond is going into the future -

The world première of the film kicks off Star Trek's 50th anniversary celebrations on July 22nd 2016. Is Idris Elba's Kraal on a thrill to kill spree? Is it written in the stars for the USS Enterprise NCC 1701 to turn into a blazing fireball?

Will Keenser save the day? - I sure hope so, trekkers. Live long and Prosper!

Idris Elba - Groundbreaking Villain

Star Trek Beyond - The thirteenth movie directed by Justin Lin is currently filming in futureland - the city of tomorrow, Dubai. Wide speculation is running rife about Star Trek's new bad guy, Idris Elba. Since the news broke about "Beyonds" antagonist, The BIG QUESTION remains UNANSWERED.

BRIDGE OF USS ENTERPRISE NCC 1701

Who's the most likely villain to take out Captain Kirk's (Chris Pine) USS Enterprise NCC 1701?

Whats his name? Idris Elba knows only hes not telling!!! Earlier in the year, I reported Sofia Boutella is contending with Star Trek's fearsome villains - 007 style -  as the perfect sexy killer machine with secret moves to blow us away - hehe.

SOFIA BOUTELLA - TREKS KILLER MACHINE

So who is Star Trek's Mr Evil? and whats the beef this time round?

Heres what Simon Pegg and Idris Elba have told us so far - thanks to MTV.

SIMON PEGG: That’s not true…I heard there’s a rumor he’s [Idris Elba] been spoken to about stuff, so he may be in the film, but he won’t be a Klingon or maybe he will.

MR EVIL AND CAPTAIN KIRK

"You’ve never seen me play a character like this."

"It’s quite an interesting journey, which I think is groundbreaking for the franchise. But, it still keeps with the ’classic bad guy is a classic bad guy’ tone."

“Simon [Pegg] and the team have written a very interesting, complex journey for my character,”

"I think Star Trek has prided themselves as being quite classic when it comes to villains, like ‘he’s a guy who wants to end the world."

It seems details for Idris Elba’s mysterious role are being kept hidden somewhere on Ceti Alpha V.

Is Idris Elba cool enough to tell us who MR EVIL really is? You decide. Unless Elba spills the beans, I'm calling him Mr Evil.

Its over to you trekkers, trekkies and bloggies. Whats your best guess?

Who is Star Trek Beyond's Lead Villain?

Star Trek Beyond directed by Justin Lin (8th July 2016 release) is shrouded in mystery. Story is key to a good movie, so why do action packed space adventures expanding into the cosmos score big at the box office? Remember Guardians of the Galaxy? It made a cool $774,176,600 worldwide.

Idris Elba

Star Treks thirteenth movie is currently filming in Vancouver, BC, Canada with all the regular cast. So far the movies wild cards include Idris Elba, Sofia Boutella and Martial Artist Actor, Joe Taslim. Unlike the Dark Knight, Doctor Strange and Thor - heroes in Star Trek can hardly cape up to save the galaxy. What about the villains? Is Idris Elba getting his Klingon on for the movie?

SIMON PEGG: That’s not true…I heard there’s a rumor he’s [Idris Elba] been spoken to about stuff, so he may be in the film, but he won’t be a Klingon or maybe he will.

Sofia Boutella

PEGG: “It’s a really interesting, complex character,”

Shoot, so much for Klingons being in the big picture. Apparently the crew of the USS Enterprise NCC 1701 are going to new parts of the galaxy and meeting new species, so it's unlikely to be a Klingon-verse movie.

JUSTIN LIN: It’s all new and fresh. The Klingons, Romulans and other species are great, but it’s time to go further. It has been fun to focus on creating whole new worlds and species.

Joe Taslim.
It seems Sofia Boutella has been chosen to battle Star Trek's fearsome villains. No biggie really, you should see Gazelles gymnastic moves in Kingsman: The Secret Service. She's the perfect killer machine for engaging rebel forces in Star Trek beyond.

I love the idea Boutella's character having secret abilities to reverse Star Trek's altered timeline. Will planet Vulcan or Romulus make a come back? Whos playing the lead villain, I wonder? Any ideas? Heres a list to confuse us even more....

Its over to you trekkers, trekkies and bloggies. Whats your best guess?
